Can I adopt a Soldier if I am under 18?

If you are under 18, your parents must register with their email account and agree to monitor communication. Once registered through our system, a soldier will be assigned to your parent’s account.

Can I adopt a US Soldier if I live in another country?

If you live outside the US, please feel free to join us. We have supporters in 170 countries!

Recently, we have been moving many registration to guests as we are unable to get an email to you. Please check your spam and junk folders on your email account. Let your email provider know we are “safe” to receive emails from.

Where can I find my soldier’s information?

If you registered before September 1, 2017, please follow this information:

1) To find your soldier’s info, log into the Forums
2) Click on your name under the Eagle on the left side of the page. 
3) Scroll down and you will see your service member’s info on the right-hand side.

If there is no information there, we had sent you an email that your service member had returned home. Please send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and we will tell you the next steps to adopt a new service member.

If you registered after September 1, 2017, please follow these steps:
1) Log in to your profile here.
2) Once you log in, please scroll down and you will see your service member’s information.

If there is nothing there and you had a service member, an email was sent to you letting you know they had returned home.  Please check your profile if you are eligible to receive a new service member.

I didn’t get my e-mail, now what?

As soon as you register, you would have received an email welcoming you to our program. Our system is automated and may have put this email into your spam or junk folder.  Or, your email server is blocking our emails.

If you registered after September 1, 2017, you can login here to access your account and see everything for your service member or if you are still waiting.
