My E-mailed Bounced Back When I Sent It To My Soldier. What should I do?

The “Mailer Daemon” message saying your email could not be delivered is called a “Bounce”. This is often done to valid email addresses when high security filters are enabled. For the spammer or would be virus sender, it makes them believe the address is not valid and they stop trying to send to the address. Our only suggestion is to send a hand written letter to your soldier and ask for a secondary email address. Or, provide your email address in the letter and ask your soldier to add it to their Safe Sender List. We highly recommend asking for a secondary address, though. If you not are on the safe sender list, and try to send an email to the .mil address it’s likely your email will be “bounced” back to you as undeliverable for the reasons described above.
